Report: Suspect Charged With Groping Woman Near St. John's

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man has been arrested and charged with groping a 20-year-old woman near a St. John's University dorm in Queens, according to a published report.

Alan Radin, 32, was accused of attacking the woman on Homelawn Street near Aspen Place in Queens on Friday, Sept. 13, police told the New York Daily News.

The suspect allegedly ran up to the woman about a block from an off-campus St. John's dorm on Henley Street, grabbed her buttocks, and ran off, the newspaper reported.

It was not clear whether the woman attended St. John's, the newspaper reported.

The campus has had problems with a groper before, to the point where students have nicknamed the unknown suspect "Carlos the Booty Grabber," the newspaper reported.
