Police Seek Suspects Wanted In 5 Christopher Street Robberies

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police in Manhattan are looking for a trio of robbery suspects wanted in five separate April incidents.

Authorities said two men and a woman assaulted and stole from people leaving bars on Christopher Street. In each robbery, the suspects struck the victim -- often times knocking them to the ground -- before removing property and fleeing.

All of the victims were treated for their injuries and released.

The latest robbery happened at 81 Christopher Street, where a 26-year-old man was hit in the head and had property stolen from him.

Police released photos of two of the suspects sought in the attacks. A third suspect was described as a black male, between 32 and 35 years old with short black hair and a lean build. He was last seen wearing a multi-colored outer vest and tan pants.
