Police: Man Who Performed Lewd Act On L Train Arrested
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man accused performing a lewd act on the subway has been apprehended, police said.
Kyle Brown, 23, was arrested after authorities said he boarded a Manhattan-bound L train on April 18 and masturbated while staring at a 34-year-old woman.
She was able to snap a picture and police circulated it earlier in the week in hopes of tracking the suspect down.
Brown, of Brooklyn, has been charged with public lewdness.
Meanwhile, another suspect is wanted for allegedly taking an upskirt photo of a 24-year-old woman on a 4 train.
The incident also took place on April 18 and the victim in that case was also able to take her own picture of the suspect.
