Police Looking For Trio Wanted For Tasering Then Robbing Victim On 1 Train
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are asking for the public's help in finding three suspects wanted in a Bronx robbery.
Authorities said the 24-year-old male victim was on a southbound "1" train on July 30 at around 3:30 a.m., when the suspects approached him and demanded his property while displaying a firearm.
The suspects held the victim down and Tased him before taking an unknown amount of cash and fleeing the train at 231st Street and Broadway Station. The victim did not request medical attention, police said.
The suspects are all described as black males between 18 and 24 years old. Police said they were between 5-foot-8 and 6-feet with medium builds.
