Police: 4 Injured In Hit-And-Run Crash At Queens Bus Stop

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Several people were injured Saturday evening after a driver plowed into a bus stop in Sunny Side, Queens and then took off.

Police say the hit-and-run crash happened at around 8:30 p.m. on Northern Boulevard and 48th Street, CBS 2 reported.

Four people were injured, 1010 WINS reported. An additional person was also taken to the hospital for unknown reasons.

Police say a child was among the injured and suffered lacerations, CBS 2 reported.

All of the victims were taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center.

Police told CBS 2 they found the white Mazda they believe was involved in the crash but are still looking for the driver.
