Perth Amboy Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Another Girl He Met On Facebook

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A New Jersey man accused of stalking a young teen on Facebook and then sexually assaulting her has an additional accuser and faces more charges.

Michael Sebastian, 29, was arrested after he allegedly posed as a teenage boy and friended a 14-year-old girl and then sexually assaulted her, according to authorities.

Now another 14-year-old girl says she was assaulted by Sebastian, of Perth Amboy, who she met on Facebook, according to First Assistant Prosecutor Albert Cernadas, Jr.

Sebastian was charged on Wednesday with luring, endangering the welfare of a minor and criminal sexual contact. The charges stem from the alleged incident earlier this month after prosecutors said Sebastian claimed he was 17 years old and contacted the alleged victim.

Authorities said Sebastian picked up the Union County girl at her house, rented a room at a motel, gave the teen alcohol and sexually assaulted her. The victim was able to escape and ran to a nearby restaurant and called a family member to pick her up.

Earlier in the week police said Sebastian was following another teen on Facebook when she updated her status saying she'd be at a shopping center in Springfield, where Sebastian allegedly was waiting. Police said Sebastian coaxed the victim into his car and sexually assaulted her.
