Harlem Man, 90, Mugged On Way Home From Store

NEW YORK (1010 WINS/ CBS 2) -- The NYPD is looking for two men wanted in connection with the robbery of a 90-year-old Harlem man outside of his apartment last weekend.

Jessie Little was returning from a trip to the grocery store when he was attacked by two men outside of his building located at 15 West 139th St., police said.

The two suspects placed Little in a choke hold before they threw him to ground, took money from him and fled, police said.

"When I got off the elevator to come here to the door, one of them put his arm around me, to the floor and the other guy took money of my pocket, $370," Little told CBS 2's John Slattery.

He said the two thieves then took off down the stairs. He never got a look at them.

"I couldn't identify them. I couldn't see them because they came behind my back," Little said.

"I want to put 'em in jail for life. That's what I want," Little said. "I wish I had a gun. I'd blow their brains out."

The first suspect is described as a black male in his twenties, approximately 5-foot-9 inches tall, wearing a dark colored coat and beige pants.

The other suspect is also described as a black male in his 20s, wearing a beige hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.
