Tuesday's sunny forecast could draw more than the one million spectators who braved the rainy parade day four years ago.

"I've been a Giants fan for 50 some, odd years. It's just something I've never done. I enjoy being part of the Giants. Watching the Giants it really brings my family together. I'm bringing my son tomorrow. It's just something we really look forward to," fan Joe Guarino told CBS 2's Hazel Sanchez.

"Big Blue gave us a game to remember and on Tuesday, we're going to give them a parade to remember," said Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

Crews have already started building the stage for Tuesday's celebration, which includes a ceremony at City Hall where Bloomberg will present the team with a key to the city.

Behind a tall fence on a quiet residential street in Clifton, about five miles from the Meadowlands, they put the letters on the floats that will say "Super Bowl" in Tuesday's parade.

A crew of ten at Bond Parade was here hammering and stapling and sawing almost as soon as the big game ended.

"We started at 3 in morning," said Robert DeVito, who owns the company.

About 50 tons of confetti are expected to rain down during the parade.  Some of that confetti will come in the form of donated paper from a recycling vendor in Brooklyn.  WCBS 880's Peter Haskell spoke with workers with the Downtown Alliance, who loaded the paper into bags.

"We bring them to the various buildings along Broadway," said Joe Timpone of the Downtown Alliance.

"I'm expecting just tons of confetti coming down and just enjoy the day," said Giants fan Harris Love.

About 50,000 people went online to get tickets to the City Hall ceremony after the parade.  The 250 people who got them feel very fortunate, CBS 2's Don Dahler reported.

"My co-worker sent me the link to register, I'm like 'Yeah, I'd love to' and I won," said one lucky winner.
