Navigating the mighty Hudson River, Andrew Cuomo was taken underneath the Tappan Zee Bridge to check out the aging structure from the side that most people don't see.
Cuomo's view from the bottom: "Looked good to me, but I didn't really know, wasn't my eye."
While he says he hasn't made a decision about if the bridge should be replaced or repaired, he says either way funding has to be discussed.
"You have a $137 billion budget in this state. The answer can't always be we have to spend more money. The answer has to be let's look at the $137 billion that we do spend, and find a way to spend that money better, and that's gonna be all across the board," Cuomo said to reporters including WCBS 880's Catherine Cioffi.
