Cuba's popular cocktail, the Mojito, is a delicious way to beat the heat with refreshing flavors of lime and mint. These New York City bars are offering the best of both traditional and creative mojitos for a taste of a Havana vacation in a glass. By Sarah Shaker.

Authentic Cuban cuisine can be found in the heart of the West Village at the cozy Havana Alma de Cuba. Their Mojito Criolla is a classic offering with 8 years aged Bacardi, sugar cane and mint. During happy hour from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, you can enjoy this cocktail as well as sangria, margaritas and caipirinha for $5.
