New Magazine Looks To Redefine Beauty By Using Real Women As Models
NEW YORK (WLNY) -- The founders of Verily magazine say their publication features fashion that is worthy of the woman, relationship articles that go beyond sex tips, and strong cultural and lifestyle journalism.
Unlike the popular women's magazines that dominate the newsstands, Verily's editors say they don't retouch the models that grace the pages. In fact, the "models" used aren't models at all -- they're real women.
The two ladies behind the magazine, Kara Eschback and Janet Sahm, sat down on The Couch to tell us more.
