ENGLEWOOD, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- The owner of a chain of dry cleaners in New Jersey is stepping up to help put people back to work.
If you are unemployed and need an outfit cleaned for a job interview, Alan Greenberg will do so free of charge at any of his five dry cleaning establishments in Bergen County.

"My dad and my sister had heard of a cleaner out in Utah that was trying it and they gave me a call about it and I thought it was a great idea," Greenberg said.
Job seekers know that the first impression can be critical during an interview.
Customer Steve Sullam said he has been out of work for four months and quickly took Greenberg up on his offer.
"I got my suit pressed so I know if I go to an interview I'll have a nice, pressed, clean suit and that I'll be looking good," Sullam said. "It makes me feel good that there's somebody out there who wants to help people."
Greenberg is hoping the small gesture goes a long way.
"We're doing the best we can to give a little back," Greenberg said. "Hopefully, everybody can get back on their feet, get back to work."
The average cost to dry clean a suit or dress is about $10.
"We've gotten a great response and we're going to keep it up as long as we can," Greenberg said.
