Mayor De Blasio: Dante Organizing Super Bowl Party At Gracie Mansion

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio will be hosting a Super Bowl party at Gracie Mansion.

As WCBS 880's Rich Lamb reported, the mayor said he and his wife, First Lady Chirlane McCray, are watching the game at their mayoral diggs and his honor said his son Dante is getting to set the agenda.

"We will be hosting, this Dante's last Super Bowl at home, I'm having some very intense empty nest issues, so we told Dante that he could decide what we were doing, so he's inviting some of his friends from Brooklyn Tech," the mayor said.

The mayor adds they'll be serving what he called "Mexican fiesta," featuring large amounts of guacamole.
