Manalapan Man Killed After Car Strikes New York City Bus In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) - A man was killed after his vehicle struck a New York City bus and knocked over a utility pole in Brooklyn.
Police said a Chevy Trailblazer struck a city bus that was traveling in the opposite lane of traffic on Saturday afternoon. The driver, 40-year-old Adam Nicholson of Manalapan, N.J., was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car struck a utility pole after hitting the bus.
There were no other injuries. Police said that a three-year-old girl in the backseat of the car was unharmed.
