The program started on May 25.

"Memorial Day starts a holiday where drinking becomes prevalent. People get badly hurt," Mollins told Hall.

Mollins spent $10,000 to fund the Safe and Sober program.

"And what we're hoping is that other businesses continue to support what we're doing and also participate in what we're doing so we get a lot more rides that way," he said.
