NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An accident involving a car and tractor trailer backed up traffic Friday on the Harlem River Drive.
It happened around 11:30 a.m. just before the exit to get onto the George Washington Bridge.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt.
