Former Mayor Giuliani Expected To Join Protest Against 'The Death of Klinghoffer'
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Some A-list politicians are lending their voices in protest to the Metropolitan Opera House's controversial decision to feature an opera that some say is anti-Semitic.
As WCBS 880's Monica Miller reported, two former New York governors and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani are expected to attend a protest against "The Death of Klinghoffer."

The opera, making its debut at the Met on Monday, is about the real-life story of a Jewish man in a wheelchair who was murdered by Palestinian terrorists after they hijacked a cruise ship.
Critics of the Met's decision to feature the opera want it canceled, arguing that the performance is anti-Semitic and anti-Israel.
However, the composer and an opera critic argue the Met has the right to perform the opera as freedom of expression.
