Eye On New York: LEAP
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- LEAP is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the quality of public education through art. It's Active Learning Leads to Literacy (ALLL) program incorporates hands-on arts-based approaches. Executive Director Ila Gross and 5th grade teacher Marcia Thurmond explain the program.
