Driver Slams SUV Into New Jersey Home's Kitchen
STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBSNewYork) - An SUV ended up in the kitchen of a home in New Jersey on Wednesday.
Pictures from police show the damage, showing the vehicle slammed right into the kitchen island of the home in Stafford Township.
Police say an 86-year-old driver put her car in reverse, then mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake.
The people who live there were home, but were not hurt.
The driver was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
