Devils' Travis Zajac Undergoes Successful Surgery On Achilles
NEW YORK (WFAN) -- Devils center Travis Zajac underwent successful surgery to repair his left Achilles tendon, the club announced on Thursday.
Zajac was injured during off-ice training in his hometown of Winnipeg. He is expected to miss eight to ten weeks, Devils general manager Lou Lamoriello said in a statement.
He had 13 goals and and 31 assists in 82 games for New Jersey last season.
