WCBS 880 Reporter Irene Cornell explains the circumstances around the charge.

Christina Hernandez was stabbed 26 times and died from her injuries. Key evidence comes from an eyewitness heard her screams and says they say the accused killer 18-year-old Jesus Alejandro standing over her body with a bloody knife in his hand.
