Coast Guard: Body Pulled From Water Off Montauk Point, LI

NEW YORK (AP) -- The body of a man has been pulled from the water four miles south of Montauk Point on Long Island.

A Coast Guard spokesman tells Newsday  that the body was recovered just before 11 a.m. Saturday.

The man was clothed but there was no identifying information.

The Suffolk County medical examiner and East Hampton police are investigating.
