Window Falls Onto Stroller In Downtown Brooklyn; Baby Hospitalized
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A window fell down and landed on a stroller in downtown Brooklyn Tuesday afternoon, CBS2 reported.
The glass window came crashing down at 81 Willoughby St., and landed on a stroller carrying a baby below, according to a witness.
The FDNY said an ambulance was called to the scene at 4:23 p.m., and rushed the infant to The Brooklyn Hospital Center Downtown.
The child was not seriously injured, officials said.
"The baby had a little scratch on the top of its head. It was bleeding," said witness Analiz Felix.
"The nanny was concerned. She stood for the ambulance."
The glass also damaged a nearby sport-utility vehicle.
