1/3 CBS2 Saturday Morning Weather Headlines

CBS2 Morning Weather Headlines By Meteorologist Mark McIntyre, Jr.

Good morning everybody! If you have any errands that need gettin' done this weekend, you might wanna get 'em done before lunchtime today. While it will be cloudy, it should remain dry. Temps rise to a high of 42 with precip moving in this afternoon.

Folks north/west of NYC will get a wintry mix until 6-8PM. Not looking for tremendous totals, 1-2" for most, perhaps 3" in isolated hillier spots. Otherwise it's rain for the rest. We're all seeing rain before midnight, and temps surge through the night into Sunday. Rain turns into more spotty showers early Sunday morning with a break in the action during the mid-day. Temps max out around 60 in the City, with some spots in central/southern NJ into the mid 60s. Once the cold front gets closer in the evening, a round of heavier showers could roll through..along with some thunder and gusty winds!

Behind the cold front, we're back to reality and back to the freezer. Temps will only reach highs in the low/mid 30s - that's gonna be a 30 degree drop for some! Make sure you keep it tuned for the latest on our wacky weather.
