Boomer made it very clear to Craig early on that he was in no mood to deal with any nonsense today, because he cranky and ornery. Boomer's frame of mind stems partly due to lack of sleep -- the Booms was in St. Louis last night calling the Seahwaks-Rams game on Westwood One Radio -- but mostly because his beloved Rangers lost yet again, which has become commonplace as of late.
Not to worry though, Craig did not heed his radio partner's warning, choosing rather to proceed as he normally would, which meant pushing the Blonde Bomber's buttons any chance he had.
The guys got things started with the looming NFL trade deadline, wondering if the Giants will part ways with free-agent-to-be wide receiver Hakeem Nicks, before Craig ruffled some feathers by admitting that he is rooting for the Red Sox to beat the Cardinals and win their third World Series in the past 10 years...
