After talking about how the Giants are teetering on incompetence and the embarrassingly-low combined win total for the Giants, Jets, Knicks and Nets, it was time for Boomer & Craig to introduce the one and only Jerry Recco.
Jerry's "thing" is sports updates, and his Monday-morning update hit its mark. Unfortunately for Giants fans, it also provided a not-so-subtle reminder of just how bad things have gotten this season.
On Sunday, the lowly Jaguars overcame a 21-point first-half deficit to beat Big Blue 25-24, leaving Tom Coughlin's team with a record of 3-9 and more questions than answers. According to Eli, though, the Giants are "not at rock bottom" just yet. So wait for it, I suppose.
The Jets host the Dolphins tonight at MetLife Stadium, where Geno Smith will be "playing like everything is on the line," because it is.
Plus, the Packers beat the Pats, a thorough NFL Week 13 recap and the Knicks get Carmelo back but still lose to the Heat, dropping to 4-14. The Nets dropped to 6-9 after a loss to the Bulls...
