Sunday, December 29, 2013 -- that was the last time (until yesterday) both the Giants and Jets won a football game on the same day. So this past Sunday marked the end of an era of sorts.

So after Boomer and Craig discussed Barbara Walters' Top 10 Most Fascinating People of 2014 list, Jerry Recco - who did not make the list - started updating a couple of wins for the football locals.

The Giants beat the RG3 led Redskins 24-13 to 'improve' to 5-9 and word is Tom Coughlin will be back next season.

The Jets got win No. 3 on the season after grinding it out 16-11 over the Titans in Tennessee and Rex Ryan isn't going to apologize to anyone for the victory.

Plus, Craigie predicted the Bills win over the Packers and goes 6-0 on his NFL Picks (against the spread) - Boomer finished-up 4-2.  Romo makes it rain, Johnny Football's forgettable debut, an NFL scoreboard, breaking down the playoff picture, yet another loss for the Knicks, Kobe Bryant passes Michael Jordan on the NBA's all-time scoring list and the Rangers win via shutout...
