During this informative segment we heard about how Craig will be hiding eggs this weekend and how King - the Carton family dog - will eat anything put in front of his face, including eggs. We also learned what Al Dukes would do to enhance the NYC Easter experience and all of that occurred prior to Jerry Recco's first update of the morning.
As for the update, it began with the baseball as the Mets and the Yanks gear up for the regular season (while Jerry himself is in midseason form). It transitioned to hockey after the Rangers clinched the Metropolitan Division and the Islanders lost a shootout and even included some NBA news as Phil Jackson sums up the Knicks' season with two words and LeBron James passes Patrick Ewing on the NBA's all-time scoring list...
