Boomer and Craig were joined at New-York Presbyterian Hospital by Dr. Joshua R. Sonett, who performed the double-lung transplant of CR patient Jerry Cahill. The group discussed the advances being made in treating CF, pioneered by the great doctors at New-York Presbyterian.
The guys also discussed Cahill's fantastic 500-mile bike ride from Maine to New York City to raise awareness for CF. The ride culminated this morning at New-York Presbyterian Hospital in Washington Heights.
