Birthday Cake Craze: Protein Powder, Toothpaste, Alcohol Now Flavored Like Cake

NEW YORK (WLNY) -- You can blame it on nostalgia -- birthday cake is the new flavor trend.

You used to have to wait for a celebration to enjoy the white cake and frosting sweetness, but now it's turning up in at least 17 new kinds of products -- everything from booze to toothpaste.
