Jennifer Schubert, Beverage Manager at Davio's Manhattan, is whipping up a variety of festive cocktails this holiday season. Gin lovers can order the "Boughs of Holly," made with Tanqueray Gin, pear puree, cranberry juice, and lemon juice (garnished with a few cranberries and a sprig of thyme), while tequila drinkers can sip on a "White Christmas" – tequila, coconut simple syrup, white chocolate liqueur, and lime juice, served in a martini glass. The "Baby It's Cold Outside" is sure to please vodka lovers. This enticing cocktail is made simply with Tito's vodka, lime juice, cranberry orange jam, and rosemary syrup. The kicker? It's topped with Prosecco as well as a garnish of rosemary sprig. Finally, their winter sangria is great for a group because it's filled with delicious ingredients like cinnamon clementine-infused vodka, cranberry juice, simple syrup, and topped with red wine. Now all you have to do is stop by to try out your favorite.

This delicious drink is made with all the big hitters: heavy cream, El Dorado 5-year cask aged rum, vanilla liqueur, St. Elizabeth Allspice dram, one raw whole egg, maple syrup, and a few dashes of Hella Bitters orange bitters. For a little more spice, a bit of fresh nutmeg and cinnamon are sprinkled on top. You'll definitely want to grab a friend and cheers to the most festive time of year.

Wallflower is stepping it up a notch this season with their chocolate and coffee-inspired holiday cocktail. Try the "Café Mendoza," which is served in a wine glass for easy sipping. This decadent drink is made with one whole egg, Demerara, cream, branca menta, Bittermens New Orleans coffee liqueur, and Cardinal Mendoza. A little cocoa powder for garnish doesn't hurt either. This sure beats your typical glass of mulled wine!

Who says Negroni drinking season is over? Chris McPherson over at Flinders Lane has created the "Sherry Negroni" and we couldn't be more excited. This concoction of gin, Campari, vermouth, and Fino sherry is the perfect happy hour cocktail. We also love sherry because it's has a low ABV, which means you can drink more of it without the horrible morning hangover.
