Brunch is a staple across New York City. Brooklyn restaurants have increasingly started offering mimosas, eggs benedict and buttermilk pancakes on the weekends. But the true brunch gems go the extra mile, offering bottomless drinks. Check out these top-notch boozy brunches in Brooklyn. By Adrienne Smith.

The Caribbean-inspired Williamsburg restaurant Battery Harris recently started offering a bottomless brunch from noon to 4:00 p.m. each weekend. Grab a seat on the roomy patio or sunny indoor space and dig into entrees like oxtail hash or the Caribbean breakfast (warm coconut bread with jerk sausage gravy and scrambled eggs). The mimosas and Bloody Marys are unlimited for a strict two hours, but the frozen dark and stormy ($10) is worth paying extra for.

Piquant serves up Southwestern comfort food in a multi-level Prospect Height location. Brunch lasts from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and offers a $15 prix fixe of one entrée with unlimited coffee or tea. Add $10 more for unlimited Bloody Marys, mimosas and sangria. Try the Eggs San Salvador: a pupusa filled with beans, Chihuahua cheese, onions and Poblano and topped with poached eggs and grilled veggies.

This casual wine bar doubles as a popular brunch joint on weekends. The Smith Street restaurant offers unlimited champagne, mimosas, bellinis, screwdrivers and Bloody Marys. Wash your cocktail down with one of Verde Smith's crepes, like the banana Nutella crepe with mascarpone ($11). If the weather's up for it, try for a seat in the charming back garden.

This Park Slope restaurant offers up brunch with an Italian twist. Brunch is offered between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and includes unlimited pound cake, coffee or tea, mimosas, champagne and Bloody Marys. Don't fill up on pound cake; entrees like the fusilli with smoked salmon and tomato cream sauce and penne with spinach and ricotta cheese are solid brunch choices.

Cameo has it all, offering homey American food in a café connected to a performance space. Stop in for three drinks (mimosas, Bloody Marys and the house draught), coffee and your choice of entrees. Pick any entrée with Cameo's tater tots, which are crispy perfection. The Sweet Jane scramble has with sharp cheddar, caramelized onion and broccoli – and a side of tots, of course. After a meal and a few drinks, walk the few steps to the gallery for a concert or comedy show.
