B&C Morning Show: Jerry's Hilarious Update
Craig is going to be tailgating in style at MetLife Stadium for this Saturday's Syracuse-Penn St. game, along with Jerry Recco and Al Dukes. Boomer won't make it, but he agreed to let Craig use his Ford Raptor - ideal for tailgating - and even offered up some helpful hints on how to do it right, including participating in a game or two of 'corn-hole.'
Then Jerry got after it, providing us with plenty of information on the Yanks' 7-1 over the Blue Jays - complete with audio proof of John Sterling's rough night behind the microphone - the Mets 5-0 win over the Phillies and their trade which sent Marlon Byrd and John Buck to the Pirates, Rex Ryan's new evasive manner and 17-year-old Victoria Duval stuns Samantha Stosur at the US Open.
In addition to all of the nuts and bolts Jerry provided us with, his update also lead to hilarity, including Suzyn Waldman's use of the word fleshy, Terry Collins talking about the importance of fisting the baseball when the situation calls for it, some reflection on the legendary tandem that was Mike & The Mad Dog and finally Boomer recalled a story when he met Billy Jean King and Elton John...
