After covering the Islanders' move to Brooklyn like a glove and sounding the alarm, Jerry updated us on Game 1 of the World Series, which saw the Giants beat the Tigers 8-3 and Pablo Sandoval (pictured) belt three home runs in his first three at-bats. Also, Joe Girardi's voice gets high when talking about the status of Mariano Rivera for the 2013 season.
Plus, Rex Ryan denies his team was trying to hurt Dolphins running back Reggie Bush during the last meeting in Week 3, Eli Manning admits he is no rocket scientist, Panthers QB Cam Newton is learning on the job and Knicks head coach Mike Woodson is tight-lipped about the open cut above his eye.
