B&C Morning Show: Al Dukes Ruffles A Few Feathers, Jerry Recco Updates The Masses
Al Dukes has quite a presence when it comes to social media. Let's just say he is very proud of his 16,000-plus followers on Twitter (you can follow him @AlsBoringTweets).
Over the weekend Al sent out what he thought was a harmless tweet about waiting on line to get gas. As it turns out, the missive ruffled a few feathers and Al learned a valuable lesson.
Jerry Recco is an 'Al Dukes Twitter follower' in addition to being a top-notch update anchor, and he didn't seem offended by Al's 'insensitive' tweet. Jerry got his first update started with a thorough recap of the Giants 24-20 loss to the Steelers yesterday, complete with postgame sound of a disappointed Tom Coughlin as his team falls to 6-3 with the Bengals up next in Cincinnati.
Jerry then ran down the rest of the NFL scoreboard, which was highlighted by a record-breaking day from Colts rookie QB Andrew Luck and a Cowboys loss to the undefeated Atlanta Falcons.
Plus, the Knicks improved to 2-0 after a 100-84 beatdown of the 76ers at MSG. They will complete the home-and-home in Philly tonight. Carmelo Anthony once again led the way with 27 points and has Craig calling him the best player in the league right now...
