9/12 CBS2 Saturday Morning Weather Headlines

Good Saturday morning folks! Filtered sun this morning will lead to overcast skies this afternoon and a high of 80 degrees.. .and there is more rain on the way. Expect scattered showers and a few storms, some locally heavy. It does NOT look like a repeat of Thursday's soaker, but the nice weekend weather we've had all summer looks to be over.

It now looks like Sunday will turn out with more sunshine than clouds, especially later in the day. There could be a few spotty leftover showers north & west of the city.... Overall though, not a terrible day. If you wanna head to the beach this weekend, Sunday is definitely a better choice - but it will be rather cool!

Gorgeous weather arrives just in time for the new work & school week with mid 70s and sunshine Monday, and we're back into the low/mid 80s beyond that with nothing but sun!
