Good morning!

Chilly out there, huh? You're going to need that light down coat this morning or perhaps a leather jacket. If you live up in Dutchess, Sullivan or Ulster Counties, you WILL need a few layers.

But the good news is the afternoon will be soaking up the sun nicely. Temps will hit the mid 60s down around NYC and top off in the lower 60s up north.

A slight chance of rain exists tomorrow mainly in the same communities that have coldest temps today, then the front slides away and even colder air arrives! I know... I'm the bearer of un-fun news, but its that time of the year, people.
