Connecticut will begin its Phase 1 reopening plan on Wednesday. Many businesses, including retail stores and outdoor dining, will reopen with new safety measures in place.

Outdoor recreational activities that can resume include batting cages, golf ranges, shooting and archery ranges, horseback riding, private tennis clubs and community gardens. In addition, golfers will be able to play as foursomes instead of just as pairs.
There were a pair of protests outside gyms in New Jersey on Monday, each demanding all small businesses be allowed to reopen immediately.
New York state's stay-at-home order is impossible for some people who have no place to call home.
Trump said he has been taking a pill "every day" for about a week and a half, and "I'm still here."
