What a Minneapolis man is saying nearly a year after allegedly being shot by neighbor

A man shot in his Minneapolis yard in October 2024. The video shocked those who saw it but wasn't a surprise to many who live in the neighborhood. Police waited five days to arrest the man next door they believe pulled the trigger. The victim told Jason Rantala that he is still waiting for justice.
