Wastewater discharge shuts down Waseca beaches, lakes after rainfall

Part of Waseca is washed out after getting hit with large amounts of rain. Around 10 inches fell in the area over the weekend, flooding basements and dumping wastewater into lakes. Caroline Cummings reports that it’s a problem that’s familiar to residents who’ve been seeking solutions for years.
