Video captures Minneapolis hit-and-run that severely injured motorcyclist

Video shows a man on a motorcycle getting tossed into the air during a high-speed hit-and-run. Amazingly, he's expected to survive. But talk about adding insult to injury: Someone stole from him while he was barely conscious on the pavement. Our David Schuman talked to his family.
