UMN grad student released from custody, says ICE detainment was “clear violation” of his rights

A University of Minnesota graduate student Dogukan Gunaydin, who was detained by immigration agents in late March, has been released. He addressed the media, calling his detainment a "clear violation" of his constitutional rights.
