The Uplift: Wayzata community comes together to help fight against cancer
The captain of Wayzata's high school football team, Jack Simon, made an incredible comeback after battling Stage 2 Hodgkin's lymphoma. The cancer is now in remission, but he and his community are continuing the fight.
