Texas recovery efforts hampered by new flooding

Heavy rains brought more water rescues in Kerr County, the same area that was hit with those catastrophic July 4th floods. This new flooding is complicating the search, rescue, and recovery efforts in the area where more than 160 people are still missing. Jason Allen reports from hard hit Kerrville.
