St. Paul man recounts moment car crashed, setting off fireworks inside

We're learning more about the man killed in a tragic crash that kept bystanders at bay. St. Paul police say a car caught fire after it crashed Sunday night but exploding fireworks inside the car kept people from jumping in to help. WCCO's Kirsten Mitchell spoke with a man who could only stand by and watch.
