Small business owners to rally against Minneapolis tobacco ordinance
A proposed ordinance in Minneapolis would create a minimum price of $15 for certain tobacco products including cigarettes. It would also close the "sampling loophole" which allows smoking indoors when tobacco products are being sampled before purchase.
