Several police vehicles in St. Paul's Highland Park neighborhood
WCCO is working to learn why there's a large police presence in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul on Monday evening. There are several law enforcement vehicles outside a building on St. Paul Avenue, near Davern Street.
