Seat of ex-Minnesota senator charged in teen sex scandal up for special election

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz has called a special election for the Brainerd Lakes-area seat vacated by former GOP state Sen. Justin Eichorn, who faces a federal charge for allegedly soliciting a teenager for sex.
