Reps. Omar, Jayapal seek answers on ICE activity at Whipple Federal Building
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have been taking people they detain in Minnesota to the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building for processing. On Friday, members of Congress, including Rep. Ilhan Omar, said agents there were frustrated by their questions during an oversight visit. WCCO’s Jennifer Mayerle spoke with U.S. representatives about what they witnessed.
