Police find remains of Fanta Xayavong in storage unit
St. Paul police revealed they found the remains of 33-year-old Fanta Xayavong inside a storage unit in Coon Rapids. One week ago, we told you they found another woman's remains inside a storage unit in Woodbury. As WCCO's Allen Henry explains, both women are linked to the same man.
